As a provider, I'm passionate about providing holistic, solution focused mental health services with a special emphasis on the unique mental health needs of women and and those women in the perinatal period. My practice invites clients to feel safe and supported while we collaborate to meet your goals. I'm excited to build a relationship with you and help you explore your options as you journey towards your optimal wellness.

I obtained my Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Nursing from MSOE in Milwaukee, WI. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have specialized training in pharmacological management and incorporate the core values of nursing (autonomy, integrity, empathetic communication) into my practice as a provider. My years of experience as a Registered Nurse have given me invaluable knowledge about what it means to clients when they are truly heard and valued, feel cared for, and are given the opportunity to participate in their care.

Specialty care in Reproductive Psychiatry & Perinatal Mental Healthh, which may include topics such as Postpartum Depression/Anxiety/OCD, Postpartum Psychosis, Birth Trauma, Pre-Conception Planning, Fertility, Loss, or Difficulty Attaching, & Women's Mental Health Concerns.
